What areas do you serve?

We currently serve much of New Castle County (from Arden and Claymont through Newark and Middletown) and continue south into Kent County, including Camden and Dover.

What days do you pick up and deliver?

Pickups are on Fridays, following a north‑to‑south route. Most orders are delivered back on Saturdays, neatly folded and bagged.

How do pickup windows work?

When you book, you’ll choose a city‑based window (for example, 7–9 AM in Wilmington or 3–6 PM in Kent County). We’ll confirm your exact timing by text or email.

Do you charge more for Dover?

No. Pricing is the same across our route — from Wilmington to Dover — as long as you’re within our posted service area.

What if I’m not home?

You can leave laundry in a safe, weather‑protected spot and note this in your booking. If we can’t safely collect it, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

What should I put my laundry in?

A sturdy bag or hamper you don’t mind us taking works great. We’ll return your items neatly folded in clean bags.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Weekly or bi‑weekly routes are available. Regular customers can receive an automatic discount on recurring service.

What detergents do you use?

We use quality commercial detergents with fragrance‑free and hypoallergenic options. Add any sensitivities or requests in the notes when you book.

How do I get started?

Fill out the booking form on our home page with your city, preferred window, and contact details. We’ll confirm your pickup and keep you updated along the way.
